Cervicogenic Headache

Headaches Caused by Sudden Movements of the Neck

There may be thousands of causes for a headache, including tuba practice by the teenager next door. But if you get a headache related to a problem in your neck, you probably have a cervicogenic headache. Among the causes of such a headache is sudden movement of the neck and keeping the neck in on position for a long time. The headache may come with a stiff neck.
