Our kinesis wall is a very effective form of power training and it allows for sport specific movements such as

~ Shooting a hockey puck

~ Passing a lacrosse ball

~ Throwing a football or baseball

~ Kicking a soccer ball

Each movement on the Kinesis wall requires maximal effort and engagement of the entire body improving strength, endurance, and power, while preventing injury.
