Continuing CARE for you AFTER your final physical therapy session with a FREE 1-Month gym membership!


What is the Aftercare 1 Program?

The Aftercare 1 Program is a Free 1-month fitness program where our knowledgeable and friendly fitness staff will help you develop a fitness routine tailored to your goals and special needs.  Our goal is to help you become actively independent!


How will it work for me?

The Aftercare 1 Program takes you through 5 stages towards your successful, active lifestyle transformation!

1. Orientation Stage – During WEEK 1, your fitness instructor will work with you on developing the best fitness routine for your goals and needs.  You will learn everything about proper form, technique, and adjustments for your exercises.

2. Empowerment Stage – During WEEK 2, you will start to get a hang of your fitness routine as your fitness instructor continues to guide you along your program.

3. Independent Stage – During WEEK 3, you will be confident enough to teach your fitness instructor your exercises.

4. Transformation Stage – During WEEK 4, you will be ready to exercise independently.

5. Active Stage – On your last day in the program, stay active and become an Aftercare All-star with a 3-month, 1-year, or 2-year membership!


Who is it for?

All current and past physical therapy and aquatic therapy patients of Advanced Care Physical Therapy!


Where is it?

The Aftercare 1 Program takes place at our main center located at 924 Main Street Niagara Falls NY 14301.


How should I dress and what should I bring?

We highly recommend dressing in comfortable, loose clothing (comfortable sweatpants/pants, T-shirts, shorts etc.) and sneakers.  For your safety, we advise you to avoid wearing open-toe footwear that expose your feet (sandals, etc.) when you exercise.  Always make sure to bring a lock so that you can store your belongings safely in our lockers.  Please be aware that lockers are for one-day use only.  We encourage bringing water bottles to stay properly hydrated during your fitness routine.
